RETURNS:
Return unused product within 30 days of receipt. If requesting a refund, a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the original invoice amount. Except for shipping, there are no charges for exchange of a product within 30 days. Original invoice must accompany all returns. Ship securely wrapped packages via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Packages MUST be prepaid - sorry, we do not accept COD’s.
